Wash Bay Installations
Proclean equipment has had many years experience in fitting out new and existing washbays here are some examples of our work
Linfox Linehaul
This was a simple installation with the machine remotely mounted in a lockable cage to ensure no tampering with the machine. We also installed stainless steel piping leading to a high pressure automatically retracting hose reel with 20mtrs of high pressure hose. The machine is controlled remotely via the switch under the hose reel. This remote switch allows the operator to switch the machine off/on, cold/hot and two seperate chemicals
Westside BMW
This installation was at BMW's new dealership at Darra which consisted of setting up 2 seperate washbays. One with a wall mounted stationary pressure cleaner and the other with a mobile hot water machine. Both bays have stainless steel pipework coming from the machines to C-Rail down either side of the wash bays. Proclean Equipment also supply's BMW Scrubber Driers (as pictured), vacuum cleaners and spray extraction cleaners
